We have adopted a corporate social responsibility policy in compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2013 and the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility) Rules, 2014 notified by the Central Government, and have constituted a Corporate Social Responsibility Committee that is responsible for monitoring our corporate social responsibility policy from time to time. Our CSR initiatives support the treatment and education of the underprivileged, promoting healthcare awareness, livelihood enhancement and employment enhancing vocational skills development.
