Sunita Rebecca Cherian is a global HR and culture professional. Over three decades, she has helped shape people strategy, organisational culture, and inclusion across large, multinational organisations.

She most recently served as Chief Culture Officer & Senior Vice President – Corporate Human Resources at Wipro Limited and was a member of the Wipro Executive Committee. She currently serves on the Boards of Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited and SB Constantia, and contributes through advisory roles across HR, governance, and technology.

Her work focuses on culture-led transformation, inclusive leadership, and future-ready talent strategies, with expertise across organisational design, workforce transitions, M&A, total rewards, sustainability, and diversity & inclusion.
