Mr. Narain is an Independent Director of Medi Assist. He is a Chartered Accountant, holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Madras and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Illinois, USA. He has over 4 decades of global experiences in the Food and Agriculture sector having worked in leadership roles in Asia, Europe and the Americas. He is a founding partner of AgVaya LLP, an Advisory firm supporting companies in the Agriculture & Food sector. His prior roles included being part of the founding team of ITC’s Agri Business Division, Vice President and Treasurer of Monsanto Co. USA and President & CEO South Asia and Global Head of Smallholder Farming for Bayer AG.
