Gaurav Chopra is the Vice President - Customer Success at Medi Assist. He is responsible for the Customer Success team and for building relationships with industry leaders in the benefits space and ensuring our product offerings are supporting and enabling innovative benefit designs. He has an MBA in HR & Personnel Management from Symbiosis and is currently pursuing a Leadership program from INSEAD.

Prior to joining Medi Assist, Gaurav was with Allianz Partners as Director & Head of Human Resources. He is a Strategic Human Resources professional with 16+ years of experience and has extensive knowledge and skills in Performance Management, Business HR, Talent, OD, Compensation, Learning & Shared Services and has held various HR roles including Leadership positions. He also has experience in leading HR teams for the country and regionally, matrix and GIG frameworks, AI & Bots Implementation, Transformation Projects – Success Factors (ERP), RPA, Digital HR, etc.
